Nature-based counselling combines therapy with the proven benefits of engaging in the outdoors, promoting health and well-being. A big component of nature-based counselling is the facilitation of our awareness and being in the present moment.
Sport-based counselling
Bring counselling to your home field/court.
The parallels between sports and life are endless. Here we can work together to identify these connections in a more active environment. With that being said, sports do bring a complex variety of challenges that are unlike anything else. Acknowledging your unique lived experiences and goals moving forward create the basis of the approach.
